OUR PROCESS
Discovery Call
Our Discovery Call is where we get to know each other and explore your vision. During this call, we’ll discuss your goals, preferences, and any challenges you may be facing. It’s a chance to ask questions, clarify expectations, and ensure we’re a perfect fit for each other.
By the end of the call, you’ll have a clear understanding of how we can collaborate to bring your ideas to life.
Onboarding
Once we’re aligned, we’ll move to the Onboarding phase. This is where we officially kick off the project!
You’ll receive all the necessary documents, including contracts and questionnaires, to help us understand your needs in more detail.
We’ll also establish the timeline, key milestones, and communication plan to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish. This phase sets the foundation for a seamless and successful collaboration.
Website Planning
Once you’re done answering the website questionnaire in your portal, we will hop on another call to set goals for the website. We will brainstorm and outline the site content.
I will be creating a ‘rough wireframe’ of the key pages showing the position of content and graphics on each page.
After the call, I will gather your website copy and other assets needed to start the website design. This is also the phase where I will start to install themes and necessary plugins in your website.
Website Development
Once all requirements are turned over to me, I will create a website mockup based on the approved wireframe layout.
Website mockups help us to visualize how the final website would look and feel. It’s also a great opportunity for you to give me feedback on design elements as well as overall flow and usability of your new website.
Once the mockup is approved, I’ll bring the design to life while making sure it’s intuitive, mobile responsive, SEO-optimized, and beautiful when shared on Facebook.
Website Launch and Support
Once we’re done developing the website, we launch the site and continue monitoring for improvement. You will get up to 30 days of website support if you have any questions or need help. I will also be providing post-project website walkthrough videos showing you how to easily update and use your website.
